We took the preventative maintenance plan concept provided by many niche trade contractors and combined them into a WHOLE home maintenance plan solution.

Pre-INSpection

Once you select your plan, your home care manager will reach out to schedule an initial inspection of your home. This comprehensive overview allows us to detail your home's condition, customize a maintenance plan, and document all of your home's assets in one place.

Inspection

Twice a year we will visit your home to thoroughly inspect all of the components and systems to make sure we are proactively managing your home's well-being.

Proactive Maintenance

During our bi-annual inspection, we will also perform proactive maintenance. This maintenance checklist is designed to keep your home well-functioning so you can enjoy it in the short-term and protect your investment over the long-term.
